The Process
Booking
If you think we'd be a good fit, the first step is to email me and check my availability. If I'm free and you'd like to go ahead and book I ask for a £300 deposit to be paid via bank transfer and an online booking form to be filled in. I'll email you the details for both of these and once I've received both the date is secure. I'm unable to hold dates without both the deposit and booking form.

After booking
With a wealth of experience in weddings I'm here to help you. Wondering which colour confetti to buy? Not sure what time to have portraits? Want to let me know that you're bringing your dog to the wedding? I'm here for you. My aim is to get to know you both during the run up to your wedding in order to photograph you naturally and authentically. Keep me up to date with your plans, ask questions - I love to hear about everything! You can also add on any extras like a second photographer at any point before the wedding.
A couple of months before the wedding I'll be in touch with a details form to collect timings and addresses. Once I've received this form we can organise a final call to run through everything if that would be helpful for you both.
The final payment is due four weeks before the wedding - your initial invoice will have the amount due and the date due but I'll send you a reminder closer to the time.

On the day
My approach to capturing your day will be relaxed, with a focus on candid moments.
I'll be arriving two hours before your ceremony for getting ready shots. After the ceremony is the perfect time to capture your family group photos (if you're having any) and some portraits of the two of you. I photograph both of these in a natural, relaxed way with minimal posing. Ideally I'll need twenty minutes for the group photos and a minimum of fifteen minutes for your portraits.
After that, I'm with you until around an hour after the first dance - plenty of time to get lots of the party!

After the wedding
A couple of days after the wedding I'll email you across a few preview images. After this, your full gallery will be with you in 6-8 weeks.
The images are all high resolution and ready for printing with the option to order prints directly from the gallery. The gallery will remain live for as long as possible - I guarantee it'll be there for at least a year but I always recommend downloading your images in case of any website downtime.
