It’s no secret that I can’t turn down a flight - I probably spend more time on a plane than I do on my sofa. So when Anna and Matt asked me if I’d be up for photographing their engagement shoot in Corfu, Greece of course I jumped at the chance.
I’d never been to Greece before so I was really excited to check out the island of Corfu. Eating pasta on a rooftop looking over the water, sipping on Aperol spritz at the edge of the water and wandering around the tiny streets was the perfect break.
I always think about how perfect a wedding would be on this little island. Romantic, intimate and classic.
As well as meeting up with Matt and Anna to chat about their wedding plans, I did a little exploring too. Just walking along the edge of the water and looking out across towards Albania was amazing. I really need to go back and plan an excursion to Albania and explore mainland Greece too.
Taking a look at these photos transports me back to the warm sun and sound of the ocean - a million miles away from the hustle and bustle of Manchester and the transition into Autumn!
