Chawton House is a book lover's dream!

It's a stunning Grade II listed building in Hampshire, right in the South Downs National Park. The house was owned by Jane Austen's brother, Edward and Jane Austen herself lived nearby and visited Chawton House often. I found it so fascinating to visit and it's also so beautiful so it's the perfect place for a wedding. Stephanie and Seán got married at St Nicholas' Church which is right next to Chawton House. It's amazing when a venue has a church on-site; it's so easy for guests to get between the venues when it's time for the reception. The church itself is so beautiful and also full of Jane Austen history - her mother and sister are buried in the churchyard.

The flowers at this wedding were gorgeous - Stephanie's mother is a talented florist and created all the flower installations. The arch in the church in particular was stunning.
