To secure your date please fill in the booking form below. You'll receive an email confirming I've received submission of your form and also an invoice to pay the £300 deposit. When I've received your booking form and deposit you're booked in! I'm so excited that you've chosen me to photograph your day and I can't wait to get to know you better over the coming months.
Terms and conditions
(1) A deposit/booking fee is required and to be paid at the time of a booking. (£300 for full day coverage, £200 for shorter coverage). The deposit is non-refundable. On receipt of the deposit, your date will be held for you. Until a deposit is paid, the booking is not considered made.
(2) The remaining amount owed is due four weeks before the date of the wedding.
(3) In the unlikely event of severe medical emergency it may be necessary to obtain a replacement photographer. Leah Lombardi will make every effort to secure a replacement. The replacement will be of the same style and standard as Leah Lombardi and the client has the right to refuse the replacement, in which case all money will be returned.
(4) In the unlikely event of all photographs and/or video being destroyed, Leah Lombardi will return all money paid for the package.
(5) The client may advise on content/subjects they would like photographed but the final content of video/photographs is at the discretion of the photographer.
(6) If the booking is cancelled by the client Leah Lombardi will retain the deposit. In the event of a postponement, Leah Lombardi will apply the deposit to the new date providing Leah Lombardi is available.
(7) Every possible care will be made to photograph/film all special and important events during the wedding but Leah Lombardi cannot place an unconditional guarantee on the above.
(8) No unedited or raw footage will be provided.
(9) The photographer retains copyright but you have the right to use and print images as long as they are not being used commercially.
(10) The photographer is limited by the guidelines of the ceremony official or reception site staff.
(11) The client allows Leah Lombardi to use images for promotional purposes and advertising providing use does not damage the client. This includes use on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Leah Lombardi's website and blog.
(12) Leah Lombardi will use your data to provide you the photography services you have requested. This data is not sent to a third party and is not used once the requested services are completed. Leah Lombardi will not contact you with promotional materials or store your data in a database without your consent.
